These terms govern your use of the INU LAB website and service. INU LAB provides fresh, single-protein dog food and a guided recommendation service, sold directly to owners in Switzerland and the European Union. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

Our recommendation engine suggests a food plan based on the details you provide about your dog. The recommendation is general nutrition information to help you choose, and it is not veterinary advice. For a specific health concern, speak to your vet.

Orders and plans

A plan is a recurring arrangement because a dog eats every day. You set the pace, and you can pause or stop at any time. Any order and delivery terms shown at checkout form part of the agreement between us when you place an order.

Food safety and handling

Our food is produced to EU food-safety standards and held in a cold chain. Handle raw food as you would fresh meat for people: keep it cold, thaw a day at a time, and follow the guidance on the pack.

Your account and information

You agree to give accurate information about your dog so the plan can be built correctly, and to keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the INU LAB name and marks belong to INU LAB. You may use the site for its intended purpose but not copy or reuse its content without permission.

Liability

We take care to describe our food and service accurately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections you have where you live in the European Union.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
