INU LAB makes science-led fresh food for dogs and sells it directly to owners across Switzerland and the European Union. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it plain on purpose.

Who we are

INU LAB is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right below, contact us at hello@inu-lab.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number and your dog's name.
• Answers you enter in the guided recommendation quiz, used to build a food plan for your dog.
• Basic usage and analytics data, such as pages viewed, quiz progress, referrer and browser type, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Your cookie consent choice, so we can honour it on future visits.

How we use it

• To recommend and prepare a suitable food plan for your dog.
• To contact you about your plan, your order and your account.
• To measure and improve the performance of the site and the recommendation engine.
• To meet our legal and food-safety obligations.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your consent for optional analytics cookies, and where necessary to meet our legal obligations and legitimate interests in running the business responsibly.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on infrastructure located within the European Union, using Supabase as our database provider. Access is restricted, and the browser writes only the records needed to run the funnel. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Swiss and EU data protection law you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@inu-lab.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and optional cookies to understand how it is used. You choose which to allow through the cookie notice, and you can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
